If you receive the wrong item or an item with a major defect that was not mentioned in the product description or shown in the photos, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either:

A full refund, or
A Replacement (subject to availability).

3. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition.
Unworn and unwashed.
Free from stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery.
Returned with all original tags (if applicable).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or an undisclosed major defect).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
